Travel Policy
At GhumoAdda, we strive to provide a safe, smooth, and memorable travel experience to all our travelers. By booking a trip with us, you agree to follow the terms and conditions mentioned below. These policies are designed to ensure proper management, safety, and comfort for all participants during the journey.

A travel batch will be confirmed only if the minimum number of participants (8–10) is met, or as decided by the company.

Vouchers are non-transferable and valid only for the services mentioned in the itinerary.

Any services not specifically mentioned in the package will not be provided.

All additional expenses are to be paid directly to hotels or service providers.

Travelers must take care of their own luggage & belongings. GhumoAdda will not be responsible for any loss or damage.

During travel in hilly areas, air conditioning may be turned off for safety and smooth travel.

Travelers are requested to strictly follow the itinerary. Any additional activity will be chargeable.

Any service not utilized by the traveler is non-refundable.

Consumption of alcohol during transit (tempo traveller/bus) is strictly prohibited. Any violation may lead to strict action by the trip captain.

Due to weather conditions, road situations, or unforeseen circumstances, the itinerary may be modified for safety and comfort.

In case of extreme weather (heavy rainfall, snowfall, landslides), any additional expenses for stay or transport will be borne by the traveler.

Cancellation policies may vary depending on destination and season. Travelers are advised to confirm at the time of booking.

GhumoAdda shall not be liable for any damages, delays, or losses caused due to natural calamities, accidents, political disturbances, or any unforeseen events.

Any damage caused by the traveler to property, vehicle, or hotel will be the sole responsibility of the traveler.
